This year’s guest professor for Eternity’s Winterim will be Dr. Todd Wilson, who will use 2 Timothy 3:10 as a springboard for this course on Pauline Theology. Todd has a B.A. in Philosophy and an M.A. in Biblical Exegesis from Wheaton College, and a Ph.D. in New Testament from Cambridge University (England). Todd has authored numerous articles in New Testament studies and several books including The Curse of the Law and the Crisis in Galatia, Paul’s Life and Letters, and he co-edited Preach the Word: Essays on Expository Preaching: In Honor of Dr. R. Kent Hughes. |

Todd was the former associate pastor at College Church in Wheaton Illinois, where R. Kent Hughes served as the preaching pastor. He is currently the senior pastor at Calvary Memorial church in Oak Park, IL, and the Associate Director of the Society for the Advancement of Ecclesial Theology, which is comprised of a group of young pastor-scholars who desire to bring theological thinking back into the church. On a personal note, Todd is honestly one of the sharpest thinkers I have ever met, and yet he’s incredibly pastoral and a gifted teacher. In a church culture where heart and mind are often seen as incompatible, Todd breaks the paradigm, bringing intellectually impassioned thinking to the pulpit and classroom.
